11 week check up

went great! I am 218 which means I have lost 55 lbs. I have lost 41% of my excess weight. We sampled some of the Kay's naturals snacks. Well I ended up buying some. I am still craving CRUNCH! And man these are good and have about 10 grams of protein a serving. I bought 6 different flavors. My kids loved them too.

Yes that is them. Some of them were YUMMY! Some were not. I bought 6 different kinds. 2 cereal, 2 chips and 2 pretzels. The white chedder was nasty- and there were 2 that were so spicy they hurt my tongue. I think one was wasabi, and another was ... Oh I can't remember. And I did not try the mustard ones. Dr. Roe's office has I think 11 or 12 different kind. I LOVED the cinnamon stick pretzels. Also the nacho chili chips were very good!

Dee, congrats on your fantastic weight loss! You sampled Kay's Naturals at the docs office? I ordered a sample pack from them. I like a few of the flavors, and will definitely buy them. Were you able to buy them locally? The shipping on all the goodies I keep "trying" is just killing me, lol. I wish there were a store for low-carb/bariatric eating.

Kathy- DR. Roe's office sells them. I am sure you could call them and go get them, I don't think you would need to be a patient to buy them. But If so I would get them for you. They are more there than the site that Cira sent through. They are $1.50 a bag or $15.00 for a case of 12. (that eagles to $.80 a bag). His office had a few bags open and they would put a few on a napkin to try them. Yes, I know that those shipping fees ad up! And thank you!
