Member Prayers

Two weeks ago, before my own lap-band, I randomly met a lady in Wal-Mart who was going through the same process. She told me she was also on this website. When we parted ways, I realized that I did not get her member name. However, after a bit of searching, I found this kind lady, K9Krazzi, who helped me through my liquids shopping dilemma. After connecting with her, we have become "band-aids" to each other. My surgery was last week, her's was scheduled for this week.

Today, I spoke with K9Krazzi who has had a bit of a set-back. She asked that I let her friends here know what is going on since she can not get online at the time. She was scheduled for her lap-band on 2/5 but when the Dr. got in, found her liver to be too damaged (unknown reason) to continue with the surgery. She has had to undergo a liver biopsy and is waiting to hear from the doctor what is going on. So now, she waits, with all the incisions and all the pain and no band to make up for it. Please join me in keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Tracy
