This morning I will take my son and dil to bring home their son from the hospital. We all spent the evening at the hospital preparing for his homecoming learning infant cpr, bathing, and so many other things.  My son bathed his son for the first time. He did it as I imagine most first time parents. A little clumsy, but he was able to get him washed and dressed. I think I saw a young father blossoming as he cared for his child.  I will post some homecoming pictures as I get them. 4 lbs 14.4 ounces last night!

(((( Aime )))) That is so wonderful!   Happy homecoming to all. Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Aime,  That is so exciting. Enjoy that new little one.  My niece's baby is the exact same weight as of last night. He is scheduled to come home on Sunday, as long as he continues to do well. He will be four weeks tomorrow and was due March 8. Wanda
