Found a good cereal

I went back to carbsmart.com, looking for new and interesting sources of protein. I found a cereal that has 12gr protein in 1/2 cup.  I got a box, which was $4.29, not that bad... it arrived today, and I tried a few flakes dry, and they were good. I'm thinking milk won't ruin it, but have to wait till tomorrow or the day after to know for sure. It comes in 4 flavors, original, maple pecan, vanilla almond or strawberry. I tried the vanilla almond, and I might order the maple and strawberry next.  I also ordered low-carb pancake mix (high in protein as well) and carb free fruit spread (like grape jelly). I'm probably going to try the pancakes tomorrow for  breakfast, unless I decide to sleep in, lol. I'll update when I taste each item. Here is the info:
