Glen Burnie Reminder
Hello...Howdy....Greetings!!!!
Just a reminder that on Tuesday, February 5th we will be meeting again. We will meet from 6:00-6:30 (social gathering)...and from 6:30-8:00 (meeting time).
The subject of tonight's meeting will be favorites and smaples.... It isn't a "grazing" meeting, but it is a chance for us to share our favorite food/cheat item/health item...etc. Please bring a large enough sample for about ten people. If possible, bring along the nutritional value of the item...because we are all so interested in calories, sugar, and protein....
Hope to see you there... (again, we will be at North County High School in the school store..... We are located on B&A Blvd..about a mile from 695 or about three miles from Crain Highway. When you enter the main entrance of the building...just follow the main corridor down to the second left...the school store is down that corridor....look for the madri gras display!!!!)

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Sounds like fun! I wish I had someone to stay with the kids so I could come.
How are you doing these days? I hope and pray you are feeling better and doing great. I am glad you have the glen burnie meetings it will help you to stay focus. Maybe you can post a daily accountability post here so we all can be accountable and it will help you too.
