peanut butter question
Hey Gail -
If you don't want the fat, try a l/f brand, there are some good ones out there. But if you really want the extract, try either of these places - Cake Cottage on Belair Road in Perry Hall, and Cake Connection on Merritt Boulevard in Dundalk. I made truffles for Christmas and they had every flavor of extract/oils you could think of!!
Hope this helps!
Tia
I never changed to l/f peanut butter. We are losing so fast that we still need fat in our system. It is not like you will eating peanut butter all day long.
Just my humble opinion.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Hi! Not local, have to buy on the internet, but when I used to log onto Weigh****chers message boards all the girls would RAVE over PB2. It is a powder that you mix with water (sounds gross). It is 75% less fat. According to the WW gals it tastes SO good! I always saw posts of people going "Oh MY GOD!! Why didn't anyone tell me about this sooner?". It must be good. Wow, you guys are brave. I'm four years out and I wouldn't eat peanut butter for love nor money. Ok, maybe money, but a LOT of money. :)
