Call Johns Hopkins Bayview Bariatric Clinic -- 410-550-0409. Three of the surgeons do band surgery there. I don't think they see Mexico patients, but since yours was done in the US, they might be willing to see you. They'll probably want to do an upper GI first to see what things look like. You may not see a revision, just regular fills and some support.

Hi Mark,
I have optimum choice, and the plan my employer has includes coverage for WLS. However, not all employers choose this option. You really have to read the evidence of coverage booklet for your policy choices beforehand, to see what's excluded, and be sure to check the list of addendums for the allowing WLS to no longer be an exclusion.
Hopefully one of them covers it, and that would be your answer. As far as which is better to tangle with, Mamsi and Optimum Choice are both managed by the same company, as well as MDIPA and Alliance. They now are all owned by United Health Care. I know this as a patient and as a health care provider in their network.
As far as bariatric programs , I go to the one at GBMC, and would recommend Dr. Moeinolmolki and Dr. Von Reuden highly. Dr V is wonderful, but he is moving to St. Agnes in Catonsville starting in March. He no longer is taking any new patients at GMBC nor scheduling any surgeries there. He is booked out by 2 months ahead. I have heard great things about both the University of Md and Johns Hopkins programs as well.
Welcome to the MD forum, hope to see more of you.
