Thank You Jo!  I wish I could tell you. I havn't done anything major. I do my best with the food, and always get in my liquids. I do the treadmill 3 days a week, about 4-5 miles each time. I was doing resistance, but have cut that out a few weeks ago. I am hoping to add that back in after my next visit, which is in Feb.

Dee, that is wonderful! Congrats! I'm also losing most on my thighs. I'm not measuring inches, but I can tell by the changes in my clothes, and how they fit.
