Well, I lost
Thank You Jo! I wish I could tell you. I havn't done anything major. I do my best with the food, and always get in my liquids. I do the treadmill 3 days a week, about 4-5 miles each time. I was doing resistance, but have cut that out a few weeks ago. I am hoping to add that back in after my next visit, which is in Feb.
