Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Hi Lady, I am also a Dr. Greene patient, waiting to resubmit to insurance next week. I hope you have a safe journey and if you already haven't signed in, we have a yahoo online group for Dr. Greene lap band patients that I have already signed up, they are a tremendous group, they are only for post op patients however you cna sign up from now and ask any question you might have, pm me and I will send you my email address as well as all the info. Between that support group and this board, you wiil hae all the answers and support you need through this .
