It's Official
As of yesterday, (but I'd said it last week) I am now an official member of the 100 pound losers club. How cool!
DVR was very pleased with the results and said I looked good and the weight loss process was
progressing nicely. He asked me how many times a day was I eating -- I said dang how many times am I suppose to eat -- I said 3 with a protein bar or something in between. He said okay.
By it being late in the day, it was too late to get the blood work done, plus it's a fasting bloodwork so I'll have to get it done one morning some place else. So the ole girl done hit a 100 pounds weight loss. Thank you Jesus. So about another 6 month or so -- BOOB UJOB!

Kgreen,
Just because our mind and will want to go fast, our body will still be in control. Don't panic, don't stop what you're doing, don't stop your exercise program. Every one's body is different and I believe at 8 months I was stuck at one size; however, I knew there would be stalls in the weight loss and at those times you can't get discouraged. I wanted to make the 100 pound loss by the end of the year; however, I stayed on 192 for at least a month -- I was disappointed that I didn't make it for New Year's but sister girl had on a right nice outfit and had a good time. You will get there; your body has to go through changes as well and have to catch up.
Stay Positive
