Another Dilation on Monday
I am very happy about this cause my esophagus is soooooo tight. I am going nuts! So back to Johns Hopkins on Monday to get dilated again and see why this esophagus is not working again. Just when I thought maybe next month would be the magic month to get off of some of these meds. Well it is what it is!

Been there, done that .. have the t-shirt .. 
. It took 3 tries to get mine fixed and even now I think my esophagus is 'narrow' but I'm ok with that.

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
