Well, I am doing great! Finally getting in all my protein and most of my water. Still have to find ways to do that. I have lost 26 pounds. I have more energy. I cleaned up my entire house on Friday, that included vacuuming and dusting, without taking a break. WooHoo! And to top it off, my two cousins had their babies last week. We have one girl and one boy. I cant wait to see them next weekend! Amy

Amy You sound like you are doing well.  Try putting your protein powder in Jello fat free sugar free pudding.  I am loving that right now.  Hugs Kristen

I am hooked on sugar free popsicles. Maybe I could make my own with protein powder. Good ideas! Thank you Kristen

Amy, congrats on your progress. Sounds like things are coming together. Congrats especially on the two new additions to your family, that is awesome news. Both my family and my circle of friends are very girl heavy, lol. I have no friends with baby boys that I can think of at the moment, and we had 3 babies born in my family in 2006, and all 3 were girls. You could easily make your own sugar free popcicles using kool-aid. I make kool-aid every day using lots of water (double the amount, I like it weak) and a little bit of Splenda. I have thought about making popcicles out of it, but keep forgetting to get sticks. Kristen, what brand of protein powder to you use? I haven't found a nearly flavorless one yet. I am actively searching for one. I do add the vanilla one to pudding occassionally, but some flavors of pudding I don't like to change the flavor of.
Hugs!
Kathy

Hi Amy, You are doing great!   Congrats on your success and best wishes as the journey continues. Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
