Wow Moment Yesterday

I went shopping yesterday with my sister and Macy's is having a big sale. There where these cute tops there for 4.99 but XL and I just no I can't where those. She had me try them on. Now back in September I was wearing a 3X. Not only did the XL fit it brought me to tears and I bought 6 of them. I can't beleave this body is in a XL. WOW! If she had not been with me I would have never tired them on. This is my second wow moment and it feels really good. Hugs Kristen

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
