What do you all think? I took this picture tonight:  My sister had given me a gift certificate to Catherines for Christmas.  At first I thought I would use it for underwear/ bras and things like that: but after getting there the cutest clothes kept calling my name. First I had the battle of  looking at the 4-5 X sizes LOL Then I had the unbelievable fact that I am now a 1 x  blouse ; 22 pant  Then while looking at something I had on  my sister said buy it and when you cann't wear it anymore you can give it to me .  Then she stated she would go on a diet so It will fit her .   Shes having a hard time dealing with the fact that I am now smaller size then her. Hows that for a WOW

You look beautiful! Congrats on your wonderful, and hard earned successes. I wasn't  planning on buying any new clothes until a special event comes up. But, sometimes we just can't help ourselves. We've worked hard, and should reward ourselves with things that fit, so we can show off. I've gotten several compliments since I got those new chinos that fit. People are truly starting to notice my losses. I'm sorry that your sister is having a hard time with your success. Perhaps someday she will feel ready to follow in your footsteps. We all know this isn't the route for everyone. I find with my friends here at OH, having someone be there with you every step of the way is a true blessing, and makes the whole process so much easier. Congrats again my friend. You look amazing, and I can't wait to celebrate with you when we go scrapbooking in a couple of weeks!
Hugs!

HI Darla, You look GREAT!    Can't wait to see you on the 2nd. Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
