Any support groups on the Eastern Shore?
I know that there are many Banders who live on the Eastern Shore. I also know that I, personally, will have a difficult time getting to a support group from St. Agnes because of the distance involved.
Is there an interest in having a support group here? Is there already one in place?

Hi,
Not sure what their protocol is for patients from other practices attending group meetings but Delmarva Bariatric in Salisbury has I think a weekly or bi-weekly support meeting for their band-ers! You could always call and check ..the office # is 410 341 6180.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
