Happy Friday Eve!

Hey Tia
Happy FriPay eve !!! yes ... tomorrow is PAYDAY ... Of course, I'm not sure why I'm so excited .. it's all pretty much spoken for already
, but it's the idea of payday I guess.
Hope that B bounces back soon and is his cheerful little self in no time.
Lefty is acting 'strangely'. He's crying for food, but then not gobbling it up when he's fed. I didn't even give him any more food when I left for work this a.m., he still had what looked like a good amount of fresh food (I am guessing Mr Mo fed him on the way out this morning) in his bowl. Of course, he'll be a crazy cat and be all over Mr Mo when he walks in the door this afternoon .. demanding MORE food!!! When he goes through these spells, I get panicky and worry that the end is near, and then he bounces back .. so I'm hoping this is nothing to worry about yet again.
I'm looking out my window at the snow !!! geeeeeez .. I guess I should have a clue and pay attention to the weather forecast, but I'd almost rather be surprised. Besides, it's going to be next to nothing down here anyway.
Hair appointment tonight ... am in definite need of a trim. Tomorrow I have a professional conference so I'll be out of the office all day ... I guess that's why I keep thinking today is Friday .. because even though I am working tomorrow it won't be here.
Still have no clue about the weekend. I am leaning toward the RV show in Chantilly as opposed to going to the thing in Atlantic City ... that is a long way to go .. and the event is more $$$ than the RV show would be. Of course, Lefty is still lobbying for the movie and popcorn idea that you suggested!!!
Hugs,
Mo
P.S. Can I reserve your party planning expertise for my retirement party in about 4 years????
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Hey Kath!!! Thanks, that chicken soup hit the spot!! Now KB are BOTH sick!!! I have them tomorrow, so hopefully, they'll be on the mend a bit. Yes, thank you for making me eat my words!!! I DID say I wouldn't do any more parties, but I had committed to this one a long time ago and this guy is a wonderful friend, so it's actually a labor of love. The part that makes me hit it is that people can't RSVP when they're supposed to and end up wanting to pay me at the door. What they don't realize is that I've got to cover it if they don't show (but short of death, I don't have a problem calling people who don't show and telling them that I paid for them and expected to be reimbursed!). Troopers are the worst!!!!!!! Hope you made it slogging through the mess, too! Have a great weekend!! Tia
