You don't have to deprive yourself from having them. I do suggest you only take the serving size in a small snack sick size zip lock bag with you so when it is finished you have no choice but to be done with it.

Separate all of it now. Just remember that when you are done with that snack bag you are done. Have a protein snack if you feel you need to much on something else. Like string cheese. :-)
The good thing about it is that you have realized it and you are doing something about it.

I've had good luck with Kay's Naturals Better Balance snacks and cereals. You can get them in some of the health food stores, but I just order online at www.kaysnaturals.com. Check out the different snacks crisps, pretzels and cereal. I was clued in to these at a Johns Hopkins support group meeting I attended when I was still in the "deciding" phase.
