So at 6 weeks, I am down 40 lbs! Everything is great. I still need to work on more fluids, and more protein. Other than that things are right on target. Also I wanted to add, he said that he likes to see a loss of 70% of your excess weight in the first year. And I have already lost I think he said 29% of it.

Hey Dianne, Aww thanks! I have been lurking more than posting. The past two weeks I have felt bad. I am doing much better. I had the flu. I was so worried that I had something wrong from surgery, but luckily it was just the flu. Now, I am getting most of my protein in and most of my water, still not getting in enough but working on it! It seems to get easier each day. I am down 22 pounds. I am hoping for some snow so we can have off from work. We may have a half day tomorrow depending on when the sleet starts and if it is enough. Snow days are a great perk to being a teacher! Hee Hee! Take care and I will post more!!!

Thank you Wanda.  Also read that your grandbaby was off the bili lights- that is good news!  I will keep your family in my prayers.

Yay!  That's awesome.  Keep up the good work.  Trust me, as time goes on, it'll be easier and easier to get in what you need.  In the meantime, ALWAYS keep a bottle of water with you, even when you go to bed.  Every time I woke up, I'd take a sip.  Those sips really do add up! Hugs,  Tia

Thanks Tia,     I am doing my best! I need to make a few things a priority, and honestly at this point my stomach just can't handle dense foods still.  But the water thing I can handle so I will be with bottle from here on out!!!
