"head" Issues

Hey Listen Everyone...  You're all invited to attend our WLS Group January 16th.  Nationally known behavorial therapist Mary Goldberg is speaking to our group on "head" issues and Long Term Weight Maintenance.  If you're anything like me, food has been calling my name again... and i don't want to answer but, alas... it won't stop calling.  Well, Ms. Goldberg has just what we need to hear.  So, please come.  It at the SMECO Building in White Plains, MD (Waldorf)... and doors open at 6:30 PM and meeting begins at 7 PM.  

Even if you're staying on the "up and up" ... there may come a day that your "head" will tell you something it shouldn't!  Come out and invite one of your WLS friends to come with you.  Let me know if you need more info or directions.
