A great chicken recipe

Ok so I have started to try to find my own foods.  So since my pouch is still only accepting very small amounts of food, I am trying to get the BANG for my bite with protein. I made this on a whim and it was SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD. All 4 of my kids and the husband all loved it, and I think it will be a meal that will be made frequently around here.  I took 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Beat them flat, and then I cut them in triangles. About 2 oz each piece. In my bullet I crushed 2 cups of Special K protein plus cereal. I put that in a baggie and dropped the chicken in 1 at a time. After they were coated I put them on a baking sheet and baked them at 375 for about 15-20 minutes. YUMMY!!!  We also did a few with dry hidden valley ranch mixed in with the cereal. That was good too, but I liked the regular myself. I made that with green beans and steamed carrots.
