GLEN BURNIE....Gathering..
This was my tentative agenda.....BUT suggestions are welcome:
1. We each bring a very light (diet) conscience pass around dish... munchie or beverage type of item (I have all the paper products already....)
2. We would have a little ice-breaker...get to know one another activity...
3. We could each bring on a slip of paper a topic we would like to discuss with one another (topics could include: favorite grocery store for products, different product suggestions, transisition ideas, beating cravings, etc.....)
4. We could put all the in a hat...and pull them out to discuss them.....

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
