Thanks! I am trying to listen to what you have said. And even though I am in my "honeymoon" I am taking full advantage of doing EVERYTHING I can to get as much weight off now as possible. Thank you for you advice :)
I have been getting about 600 cal a day. Still only able to do about 40-50 protein. But I am getting over a gallon of water a day. I am also doing cardio 3-4 days weekly (Tues, Thurs, Sat, and some Sun)now and weight-resitance training 4 days a week (Mon, Wed., Fri, Sun).
I have been doing somewhat better with foods this week.
Thanks for passing on the info- and WOW- I looked at your profile. You should be very proud of yourself, you have done a terrific job!
