Sleep Study at Johns Hopkins

Did anyone have a sleep study done at Johns Hopkins?  How long did it take to get it scheduled?

I have had them at GBMC and at another center in Owings Mills. The ones at GBMC didn't take too long to schedule. If I recall, it took only a few weeks.

I've had several at Hopkins.  I am actually part of their research program on sleep apena in WL surgery patients.  I can not remember how long it took to get an appointment, but I don't think it was long at all.  Maybe a few weeks at the most. Best of Luck!

I had mine done at Harbor  Hospital, they were able to schdule it the next week.   Hugs Kristen

It's impossible to get a reasonable time for a sleep study there but you can get one done anywhere and they just send the report to your surgeon. That is what I did. Maybe give your pcp a call and ask them for a referral to another location. Good luck.

Mystery solved. I talked to Lillian today and  the referral did not get faxed because she was on vacation. She did it while I was on the phone.  I had to leave a message because the person who does the scheduling has been on leave.
