I Got a Date!!!!!!

Well, I took Kathy's advice (thanks Kathy) and called Dr Mo's office and spoke to Barbie, and I now have a date ....... February 6, 2008.  My bypass class is January 15.  I'm so excited!  I'm gonna be a loser .  Warm up that bench on the loser's bench for me!

Alright Sandi!!  Yeah!  2008 is going to be a great year for you! I love talking to Barbie!  She was actually the nurse on the wing during my recovery before she went from p/t in the COMP office to f/t.

Congrats!!!

Yeah Sandi! I'm so thrilled for you.  I logged back on tonight just to check. You will be so pleased with the TLC you will get from Dr. Mo and everyone at GBMC.  Don't blink, because before you know it, your day will be here! I had 6 weeks between getting my date, and surgery and it felt like 6 days. I have an appointment on the 15th, hopefully you will be there when I do. I don't recall the time, I think it's late morning.  You will get a lot of great info at your class!

Kathy, My class is 1:30-4:30, and I have to be there at 1 to meet with the nurse for paperwork.  Hopefully I'll see you there.

Hi Sandi, I finally found my appointment card, and it's at 3pm on the 15th. My class didn't last much past 3, but we didn't have a lot of questions, so I'm sure some sessions can last till 4:30. If you are out around 3, or just after, I'll get to see you.  If not, we'll meet another time, I'm sure. Perhaps at a support group meeting.  I hope you are excited about your upcoming surgery!  I know you'll just love everyone who helps you at GBMC, and I know you'll be in great hands.

Great news. We got you place on the bench all picked out!!

WTG Sandi!!  You'll be having surgery during the "Age of Aquarius".  My birthday is 2/7.  Can't say enough good things about that month.  Happy Holidays! TraciL
