Ladies - Eating More As Menstrual Cycle Approaches?
Hi ladies,
It seems that during the 3-4 days before my menstrual cycle approaches, my pouch is bigger. I seem to be able to eat more than normal. Example - for dinner last night I made ground chicken burgers. Normally, I eat one with a slice of FF cheese. Last night, I ate 1.5 and 2 teaspoons of string beans.
I journal what I eat each day, so in looking back through my journals this morning, I can see the pattern, each month since August. I just wondered if this was/has happened to anyone else. And if so, does anyone know why? My losses are consistent and I feel good, so I'm not worried, just curious.
