I did it...
I know what you mean about not getting enough protein.....took me 6 months to get all I needed in and I supplement with protein smoothies.....Here is a quick receipe for you..I usually have this as a snack 1/2 cup OJ 5 Ice Cubes 0 calories 5 Frozen Strawberries 1/2 Bananna..sometimes a whole if I worked out that day 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (24g protein) 120 calories Blend in a blender...you can add some yougurt too that will add about 6-8g of protein. I also mix up the fruits (black raspberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple) you can get all of these in the frozen section. Hope this helps with the protein intake. Jen
