LOL YOU ALL WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS ONE; I CALLED AND ASKED FOR ONE OF THE NURSES TO CALL ME BACK REFERENCE WEATHER WE CAN TAKE MUCINEX OR NOT ; BARBIE CALLED ME BACK WITHIN  15 MINUTES ;  MAYBE THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER IN THE OFFICE FINALLY. AND IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS AWFUL COLD GOING AROUND  - YES WE CAN TAKE MUCINEX

That is a wow moment.  But, I know they are trying!  I got my latest callback the morning after I left the message, less than 24 hours.  I thought that was good.  My only complaint with them has ever been that I don't think the front office supports each other.  They absolutely need to be helping out Rose, who has too much on her plate, and I don't think that they do. Good to know about Mucinex, as that is one med that usually helps me. I think it's because of my Asthma that my chest is the first thing congested when I get a cold.
