Good Friday morning everyone This has been a crazy week, worked Monday, took Tues/Wed off for a quick trip to CT (which was worth every minute even though it was hectic and a lot of time in the truck driving), back to work yesterday, with an evening out last night for a professional organization's Christmas party event, and now it's already Friday .. WOW !!!! Looking forward to Sunday's show at the Timonium Dinner Theater ... I really am not sure who all is coming other than Heather Mod-I, Tia, and Darla (all with respective guests), but I'm sure we will all have a fun time.   I hope the weather doesn't impact the day's plans. I've got lots going on personally and professionally and the next few weeks will just speed by.   Mr Mo and I will both be working the 'eves' so no special plans for either of the holidays other than probably meeting my sister and her hubby & son for Christmas dinner ... we started a tradition (sort of like the zoo for Turkey day) of going to Buddy's in Annapolis for Christmas dinner  when Charles was little because it was a place you could blend in with a small child .. now he's old enough (14) to take to a 'real' restaurant .. but we stick with Buddy's. Have a wonderful Friday!! Hugs, Mo

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Morning Moie - For me, it's not TGIF, it's TFITEOWFTROTY!!  HA!!  Try pronouncing that!!  It stands for "THANK GOD IT'S THE END OF WORK FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!!!  WOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOO! Yes, you read that correctly.  After today, I don't come back to wor****il 1/2/08!!!  That's ZERO-EIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I've had a crappy year and I've been a reasonably good girl (just ask Jim), so I deserve this!!!! Actually, I'm so happy I'm spinning in circles like Happy!  Well, that's not entirely true - when Happy's really excited, she pees, and I'm not at that point yet.  I've been busy all week moving between the two offices.  My new boss is a delight, a sweet little 70 year old man who's happy to have help.  I'm not unhappy to be leaving my current assignment, as the work was stupid and boring and I wound up not trusting my boss, who initially was my friend.  So it'll all work out!! Tomorrow, Mom, KB & I are going to see Alvin & the Chipmunks, then we're baking cookies.  I can't wait to see everyone on Sunday, Miracle is my fave movie of all time, regardless of the season.   Well, better get to it now.  See you Sunday!!!!!!!!! Smoochies, Tia

Sounds as if life is busy!  Have a great time at the dinner theatre.  I'll be at Verizon seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra.  Yea!!!  Will have my daughter, her friend (Monty opted not to go), and my 3 nephews.  Hope they enjoy the concert.  Let us know how Miracle on 34th goes.   Traci

Hey Traci Enjoy the TSO, I'll bet it's an awesome show/concert.    Wendy asked me last night if you and Little were coming today ... she will be disappointed not to see you, but there's always the next time. Hugs, Mo

Hey Mo and everyone! This is my first chance to access my computer since Friday. My son came and stayed over Friday night and was on my computer until I dropped him at the hospital last night. It was nie having him around. He hasn't stayed over with me in a long time.  I like the idea of going to a restaurant for Christmas dinner. Not having to deal with the stresses of TDay dinner showed me how nice it is to allow someone else to cook and clean up.  My work week was kind of insane as well. I had to travel alot this week for meetings. The phones were fairly quiet and I only had to answer 100 emails a day for support. That is calming down at this point for a change.  I expect next week to drag. I have one more wee****il I am off until after the New Year. I am looking forward to having some time for me. I have things I need to do around the house.  I went to a Holiday Party last night an old friend held. he also works for the schools. My son was invited as now being a co-worker and being over 21. That was an interesting experience. He brought the young lady he is interested in and I must say I really liked her. She is a definite compliment to him. I am glad they are taking it slow before they define that they are in a relationship. They are both being very cautious. It does make me proud to have the people I have worked with for so many years mention how much they enjoy his company.  I am hoping to start doing my holiday baking today. I need to make several batches of cookies for people. I expect my kitchen to look like a tornado hit it when I am done.  I hope everyone has a great week.

Enjoy the Timonium Dinner Theater ladies.  I thought about going, but only because of the food aspect, am glad I'm not going. I'd love to meet everyone, and know I would have enjoyed the play. I only have a few more days on liquids before purees, so I think I can hang in. But, being around a buffet would be too much for me.  I'm now starting to get hungry, instead of nauseas when I smell food. Tia, how was Alvin and the Chipmunks?  It just looks so adorable, and funny! This is my last day of freedom till next Saturday, lol.  I better get work clothes ready! Have a great Sunday everyone, and a wonderful week!  I hope everyone that needs to, gets everything they need to done this last week before Christmas.
Hugs!
