Help am i being to hard on myself???

thank you, congrats to you too. Im am much more healthier then i was before and i can do a lot more so i am grateful. I know with out this surg. i wouldnt be where i am now, i prob. would be bigger. thanks again

I know I make myself crazy that way too. Then I ask myself what I am doing. When is the last time I lost weight this quickly and knew that it is gone for good (except for a little bounce back at the end LOL). You just keep doing it slow and steady and enjoy the smaller you and smaller clothes size you are into. Hugs. Jo

I agree with the other ladies about not comparing your loss to others but then I can definitely admit that I'm absolutely guilty of doing so myself. I have a couple girls that I keep in touch with that had surgery same place/day as I did and they are ahead of me by 10-20 lbs but then I remind myself that they needed to lose more than I did as well as other factors. Keep your head up and I think your being a lil too hard on yourself!! (( HUGS ))
