Well, as of yesterday, the insurance company had record of a phone call from Rose and a case number, but they said they still had not recieved all the paperwork, so Rose was supposed to refax it again.  I'll give them a call back on Monday. I was thinking about you on Wednesday.  I'm glad everything is going well.  Keep us posted!
