Sad News from one of our own OH Family member

This personal message is from my friend Cara (my angel) Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Can you please send her a note of encouragement and show her that we all care. Thank you. Cira My Dear OH Family, My darling husband, Bill,  lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, Nov. 28th. He was at home with me and went peacefully in his sleep. He was able to spend time with our children and some of the grandchildren before the Lord called him home to Glory. We know that Bill is resting in the arms of Jesus now and there is no more pain or sufferring for my sweatheart.  My heart aches because I miss him so but I am rejoicing and praising our God for his covering of Bill and for bringing Bill home to rest at His thrown.  I just want to thank everyone who prayed for us and with us and for your kind words of encouragement as my family and I were going through. Your prayers helped sustain us and we are so very appreciative.  A very special thanks to Negra266 for taking my calls , allowing me to cry on her shoulders anytime and just holding a sista's hand through it all.  And to 'Rita who has been my IM buddy whenever I needed to chat if only for a few moments. Thank you for always giving me a Word of truth and encouraging me. Bill's homegoing services will be Thursday Dec. 6 at our church.
