Hello everyone,

I know it has been a while since I last posted. I have been busy over here in Southern California for my job. I will be here until the week before X-Mas. I see everyone has been coming along well and some new losers also. Congratz to you all!

As for me I am 2 and a half months out and I have lost a grand total of 67 pounds! I thought I was dreaming when I saw that. I actually stood on the scale for like 10 seconds in shock, LOL. I am rapidly approaching the front door of the Century Club, in almost supersonic time. This is so great. Has any other in the forum lost so much in so little time? I hope it is normal. I have been so desperately craving a hamburger and a steak for so long. I am scared to try it though. I also have not vomited or gotten really sick yet. I guess learning from my wife and others taught me well.

Well I'm signing off until later, take care and be safe everyone.

This will be the only time that I will be referred to as a loser.......

I am so glad to read that you are doing great!  Congratulations on the awesome weight loss. Keep up the good work and please becareful on trying the burger I tried one at 5 months and the most I could eat was 3 bites without the bun. As for the steak I tried it at 7 months and I was able to eat like 2 1/2 ounces at medium rare because it was very tender but if it is chewy or dry well it can make you sick.  Always try something new when you are home.  By the way I would really wait a few months until your pouch has healed more. Take care and I hope you get back home just in time for Christmas.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

You are doing great with your weightloss. 67 lbs is so awesome!  Go ahead and try a little steak. Chew, chew, chew though. As for the burger, don't eat the bun! LOL

Good Job Mike, it is fantastic to lose this amoiunt in such short time but more importantly good job on sticking to rules and guidelines and not getting sick all this time, that shows your level of commitment, I wish you the best of luck and safe return. Ellie

Thanks everyone. It has been a trying time down here, with all these restaurants at which I cannot eat at. LOL Thanks for the advice and everything.

This will be the only time that I will be referred to as a loser.......
