Century Club!?!?!
I was hating life this past week because I hit a plateau at 99 lbs. I was at 99 lbs down for about a week or so. I weighed myself Sunday, the morning after the Catoctin hike, and passed it. Not only did I pass it, I smashed right through it. I'm down 103 lbs!!! WOOHOO!!!
My only issue is that I wonder if I am truly in the Century Club because this includes the 20 lbs I lost in the month prior to the surgery. Does it officially count or is 100 lbs since the surgery? I'd like to think it is the entire WLS journey so, how do I get one of those electronic certificates I see a lot of people sporting on their pages?
Thanks again to all the folks who showed for the Catoctin hike!!! You helped me get through this milestone.... Getting lost didn't hurt!!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
