Oh yeah ! Its my "ice cream" and the only way I can stand sugar free Jello now. Living for the first month on Jello and soup tends to make one tainted. One word of caution, I think the pouch regesters Cool Whip as a liquid so you won't feel that wonderful glow of fullness solids bring. Mark
