If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

We did the 2.8 mile Cunningham Falls trail onthe way out .. the way back was a 'bit' different .. we definitely got our hiking in tho. Hugs, Mo P.S. that was Robin & Art wif the Cowboys stuffies on .. I just closed my eyes .. I was good .. didn't call 'em the 'cowgirls' ..

Lola is my sister's Bichon. She is still a puppy .. just about 8 months old now. Last weekend was the first time I had ever seen her and I wanted to bring her home with me. She's a little doll. Hugs, Mo

Looks beautiful! I love it up there and am so sorry I missed it. (on that note, did anyone else get a flu shot and have a new (post-op) problems with it? Damn!)

You were missed on Saturday! I was looking forward to meeting you. Eric asked someone to take group picture of us, Hopefully, he will share that one! I haven't had a flu shot in several years. The Health Dept used to come downtown and do shots over at the Goldstein Bldg and I would just walk over there .. now I have to go somewhere to get the shot and I've actually 'wimped' out. I just pray I don't get sick!!! Hugs, Mo
