Exact location?  Columbia is a good alternative to Annapolis Mall for me, too.  I'm out there every Thursday for Madeline's ballet lesson. Darla, they have individually packaged filets of frozen fish.  The good stuff, too, like Alaska salmon.  They also have great frozen fruits and vegetables.  Try their Greek yogurt.  Tastes like sour cream.  Great with frozen fruit in it.  They have nice soups in aseptic packaging (resealable boxes). Darla, There is a Trader Joe's on Reisterstown Road just as you get off the beltway. They have lots of interesting things.

You do know there is one in Towson too, right? I lived at Trader Joes when I lived in California, and was low carbing. They have wonderful fresh meats at reasonable prices. They have great cold cuts and cheeses. Their frozen section is awesome. Great individual portions of several kinds of fish (and very affordable prices) and veggies.  Out in CA, which I'm disappointed that they haven't gotten here in MD yet, they have the best sugar free soy milk that I have had. They sell it out there in aseptic quart containers in regular and chocolate. You will also find nitrate free bacon and hotdogs.  I used to be able to get Atkins bars and shakes at much lower prices than the grocery store, and usually even lower than Walmart. But, the stores out here sell a lot less than the stores in CA.  Their vitamins are also cheaper too. I think they might even be cheaper than WalMart. I haven't looked yet to see if they have a liquid multi vitamin.
Hugs!

They have an excellent eggplant garlic spread for those in the soft stages....it's still so good that I still buy it! Gayle
