I'm thinking of writing a children's book with that title!!!! Just kidding!! Actually, I just called Terry, and thinking she would NOT be answering, just said, "McMom?" and it WAS Terry. She sounded really good, said she's doing okay and thanked everyone for their well wishes. The surgery took a little longer than planned - 11 hours - YIKES, but she is happy with the outcome. To quote her, "The batwings are gone and the boobs are perky!" Now how's that for a visual for the rest of your afternoon! I bet McSweetie is just a-beamin' from ear to ear!!! Continue to keep her in your prayers! Tia

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
