Terry M.'s Surgery Update!!!
Hey all -
McMom called me yesterday; Terry's surgery went well. Although it was long, McMom said she tolerated everything just fine. She was heading back to the hospital to see her after she was out of recovery.
I'm going to give McMom a call later to see how she is and get an update on Terry.
Obviously, I'll post after I've spoken to her!
I know Terry appreciates all your good wishes, so on behalf of her and McMom, thanks!!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Thanks Tia! So glad she came through that super long surgery well. I feel for her during this recovery stage. Hope she takes advantage of the "no pain allowed" pills. I'll be looking for an update. Tell her we said hi and to take it easy.
