Great Meeting (Crofton Group)
Good Morning evryone I just wanted to say it was a nice meeting lastnight. We talked in the end about our new agenda and having topics to stay on and that I needed everyones help in choosing a topic.
We talked about how no one is to critisize people for the food choices they make. Everyone is different and I have sen it a few times at our meeting the shaking of heads and telling people what they should be doing.
We are here to support eachother.
Our next meeting is December 6th. I will be posting close too and what our topic will be.

Hi Kelly,
I am sorry I could not make it. I didn't have anyone to stay with the kids. If I had someone I might not have been able to make it anyway I am sick after having a rough week and a half with my kids being sick. I am fighting this awful cold and eating and drinking has been a chore for the past two days.
Email me and tell me what I missed. I loved to hear all about.
