trying to up the protein
I really like the Chicken flavor. It's more full-bodied than boullion, but not totally thick like a soup. It has a hearty (not fake) chicken flavor. You do have to be careful to use WARM rather than HO****er when you make it. If the water is too hot, it causes the protein to "curdle". It's a nice change from all the sweet protein drink options out there.
