Another great meeting...

of the Carroll County group!  Dave and Ted, it was great seeing you again - what a difference!!!  And it was great meeting Kim and Aaron!   We had a great discussion about exercise and how it impacts our  progress. And of course, as always, talked on the various protein drinks and supplements - I think that is a standard! ;)   I will look into library rooms for a November get together!   We missed some of our regulars - work gets in the way sometimes!  But thanks to those who were there!

I really want to attend one of those meetings but Mt. Airy was pretty far for me. I think Westminster or Hampstead would be much better for me to attend. I will keep watching for a closer meeting. I am glad that the meeting went well last night.
