chocolate peanut butter fudge
I made some last night in an effort to get in some more protein. It was pretty good. I got the recipe from Unjury.com
2 scoops of chocolate Unjury protein powder...I used a different brand
10 packs splenda
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
mix pp and splenda together
melt butter and pb on stove until butter is melted (do not cook, just warmed)
add dry mixture to butter and pb
I spread it in a small pan and cut into 9 pieces and refrigerated. I think the recipe said it was a little over 11 grams of protein per piece. I didn't count up the fat content but I am sure you may only want to eat 1 or 2 pieces per day.

I figured it out with the stuff around my house - Protein Powder has 22g protein per scoop and I use Simply Jif which has 2g sugar per serving.
With real butter I come up with155 calories, 12g fat, 8.4g protein, and 1.1g sugar if you cut the batch into 9 pieces. It tastes pretty good, I don't think I can have a whole piece due to the amount of fat. 12 grams might not sit that well. If you use margerine you can probably cut it down to 8-9 grams of fat. I wonder if it would work with some of the really lowfat butter type spreads - could cut the fat even more.
