Pouch Test

Gonna try the pouch test  (as per the Graduate Page).  I have decided that I NEED to try it.. I have made some pudding...  I have some protein (turkey) in the freezer.  I have read about it several times...  I have read your posts several times...    NOW, I simply need to get the guts to try it.  I have allowed myself to gain five pounds (I know it doesn't seem like much)....but in doing so, I have lost the drive that I have had for proper habits and behavior.  I can eat sugars... and I have..  I still eat small meals..but snack and graze.  I love my coke zero.   What I need moreso, is to find control of something.  I never worked hard to lose weight... It just happened...  but sadly, now... I have to keep it off...and that is the struggle.  I so desperately need to get back into a cycle... the gym...eating right..etc....  Wish me luck!!!

Whatever way you choose to take off the 5 lbs, I wish you much success.  You have the perfect tool for the job (the RNY) so I'm sure you won't have too much of a problem. --Eric
