Just bought some whey protein

I hope I am not jinxing myself, but I just got back from Walmart. I got some whey protein, chewable multi vits, and protein water packets. I am going to try the whey protein tomorrow in hopes it takes good. My paperwork went out last Wednesday, so I am hoping to hear from the insurance company soon! Amy

When you were at Wally World, did you by any chance see chewable Citrical?   Someone else told me they sold them at her Walmart, and since you live near me .... BTW, tor anyone who needs glucosamine/condroidten for crunchy knees (like mine), Costco sells them in chewable form!!

Yeah, they did have some. I was at the Walmart on Route 40.

I get mine at Rite Aide.

Hey Amy I forget what kind of surgery you are having but take it easy on purchasing too much protein stuff prior to surgery. Your taste buds tend to change. And what tasted good prior can taste  after!!  I learned that the hard way. LOL

Hey Jo, I am having the DS with Dr. S. Hope to hear from the insurance company soon. I think I am going to call on Monday just to see if they have started to process my paperwork. I only bought a little bit of protein, so if I hate it afterwards then it wont be too much of a loss. I just read that you do not like chocolate now. I love chocolate, maybe I will not like it after surgery. LOL I have been keeping up with your loss and I am so excited for you. You are doing so well! Amy

Amy I am so excited for you. All the WLS are good but the DS was perfect for me. I can't wait to hear all about your experience.
