Good morning guys

Last night I was sitting in the recliner and I took a deep breath and experienced a terrible pain in my lower abdomen to the left of my belly button. Today there is still pain and I am a little worried. Could this maybe be a hernia? I will call the doc today but please say a prayer that it is not. Has anyone else experience this?

I think you may have just pulled a muscle. But call DVR anyway to be on the safe side.

Gail I think it is too early for a hernia but I only play a doctor on TV.  For ****s and giggles I would call your DVR TODAY!  I think everything is just moving around in there trying to find its place again.  I will put you in my prayers. Hugs Kristen
