Congrats Darla!  That's amazing progress! It looks like our surgeries were a day apart.  We may have even been in the same preop class with Sloane.

That's truly incredible.  Keep up the good work.  Are you buying new clothes?   What are you doing for exercise?  What are you eating?  Inquiring minds want to know.

Thanks all:  Tia:  my little Portable friend has been gone about a month now   WOOO HOOOO Eric:  No I don't need new clothes yet:  have a couple wardrobes  of smaller sizes I never got rid of LOL :  give me till Xmas and I will probably be buying clothes then. as far as exercise :  cardio and weight machines at least twice a week.  and water exercises the other days.  I am at the MAC everyday but Wens:  thats bowling night:  trying to do the weight machines the bowl three games just doesn't work out too well My bowling average dropped  30 pins the first three weeks of the season when I exercised  before bowling.  Can't afford to let that happen : average is low enough as it is  As far as eating :  chix is OK;  beef is difficult and was never a tuna fan:  shrimp sits pretty good.  Protein bullets are still a daily menu item for me.  Eggs sit well if they are cooked properly.  Mannocotti ( only a bit of the pasta eaten) is good  :  Plenty of protein there .  I also eat cashews/ peanuts too Just have to remember to chew nuts up really good
