Thanks for helping me smile today!  I was just thinking that I'm getting frustrated at the wait for an answer from insurance. Now, I'm reminded that it's worth the wait. Congrats! I'm sure it's great to see all your hard work pay off. I'm looking forward to using my tools to follow in your footsteps.

I am amazed too but don't let the ticker fool you as it doesn't quite tell the whole truth.  My surgery was on July 24th but I dropped 20 lbs (of the 84) on my pre-surgery diet.  I like to count it because I would have never lost the 20 had it not been for the process.

Great Picture! And the ticker IS the WHOLE truth - you lost it - pre or post, you did it!!!   And you are doing incredibly well!  My losses that I post about in my blog always include the 19 I lost in the 2 months pre-op following my plan's pre-op diet.

Wow! Eric! That is wonderful news! Those 36's will be in your closet before you know it! Where were you in Cumberland? My mom lives up there. I'll be going there in a day or two to visit her again. My sister lives just down the road from the outlet mall.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites.  We went to the Canal Place and then on to Paw Paw Tunnel.  My family is mostly from Keyser, WV, so I've been in and around there off and on all my life.
