Appt went good. My PCP still has not faxed over the copy of medical ness. and she is a bit concerned that I may not have enough diet history.  I can not find my weigh****chers books to sav my life. Just as luck would have it, the only one that I can find is the one right when I quite and it only has 4 weeks on it. SOOOO I got to see what else I can come up with. Then they will submit.  So any creative ideas on the diet issue. 

Hmmmm I don't know about the diet history I just told them all the ones I've tried but our insurance approval was simple and soo I don't know.
