ON MY 2 MONTH DATE
I LOST 40 LBS ON MY 2 MONTH AFTER SURGERY. BUT I STRESSED THE WHOLE TIME. SO I AM NO LONGER JUMPING ON THE SCALE. I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG. SO IT WILL COME OFF. I KEPT THINKING 100LBS IN 6 MONTHS, IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO. BUT THEY BE UNREALALISTIC. WE WILL SEE AS TIME GOES BY. I AM STARTING TO FEEL BONES, THAT I FORGOT I HAD AT ONE TIME. SO MANY LITTLE THINGS WE TAKE FOR GRANTED. I THANK GOD EVERY DAY FOR SEEING ME THROUGH THIS JOURNEY.

Hey Bonnie,
Congrats on the 40 pounds gone forever! Try not to fret over the amounts. I have done that and beat myself up over it for a while. It comes off in it's own time. I would have loved to hit 100 for my six month but I didn't. I've lost 80, but heck I will take it.
Enjoy the feeling of feeling better and getting healthier.
