Concoctions

I have come up with some crazy stuff in my kitchen lab.  This one I have to share cause it is just that good.  I took a tea bag, decaf and no sugar.  Made tea and put sugar free Italian ice LEMON into a glass, it was soooooo good!  It is a must try for anyone wanting ice tea.  Vacarro's in little Italy makes something like this but it is loaded with caffine and sugar.  Enjoy Hugs Kristen Stay toned for more, from the test kitchen

what brand of italian ice did you get? I will get some this weekend.

Hey Kristen - Yep, you'll find that you're increasingly creative in order to feel "normal."  It's good, though, you'll come up with some great stuff!!  OMG!!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Vacarro's Italian Iced Tea - and guess what?  They have s/f lemon ice, so that's how I get mine!!!!  It's all about adjustments and being creative and making good choices, as you're clearly finding out!!! That sounds good.  Where do you get the sugar free italian ice?  I love italian ice but haven't seen any sugar free.   Robin

Darla hit the nail on the head, and I got it at Weis.  Weis has great sugar free popcicles, there brand, try them.  mmmmmm Hugs Kristen
